What is your question?

You can literally play on the artificial greens immediately after the rain or even in the rain, that is one of the main advantages of having the artificial putting greens, it is always ready for play. I hope the paint on your artificial grass grass surface is water based, if so, you can try to use power washer to rinse the paint off. It is always recommend that you try to remove the paint as soon as it gets onto the turf, while it is still wet, water cleaning it should be much easier. You will need to be careful using chemicals on the turf trying to remove oil based paint as certain paint removers might be abrasive which can damage the turf fibers, read the instructions carefully or contact the paint remover company to make sure it won’t hurt the turf before using it. Please feel free to call us at 877 796 8873 or email us at info@globalsynturf.com if you have any further questions, thank you.

As far as the leaves on the artificial grass, it is the same as leaves on the real grass lawn. So most of the time, you will need either rake or blow the leaves off the artificial grass surface, unfortunately the wind won’t do the job. Please let us know if you have any other questions by posting here or call us at 877 796 8873 or email us at info@globalsynturf.com, thank you.

Yes, technically artificial turf can be reused for the similar applications as your original installation. It would be obvious that the sizes have also to big enough to cover the new area, sometimes you might have to add additional infills once you reinstall the turf. For any further questions, please feel free to contact us by phone: 877 796 8873 or email us at info@globalsynturf.com, thank you.

Depends on your usage of the artificial grass, there is no set recommendations on how often you should wash clean your turf surface. So the best approach will be only to wash cleaning the turf when needed. Please feel free to call (877 796 8873) or email us (info@globalsynturf.com) if you have any other questions, thank you.

With snow or cold weather, the fibers of artificial grass will become a bit hard and stiff which is normal for any outdoor plastic based materials, other than that, there won’t be anything else. Please feel free to let us know if you have any other questions by phone: 877 796 8873 or email: info@globalsynturf.com, thank you.

You will only need to prepare the sub base for artificial grass only by leaving your flower patch the way it is. If not finished with any edging materials around the flower patch, you might need to do so by using either bender board or wonderedge to finish off the perimeters so the artificial turf can connect to the edges perfectly. Please call us at 877 796 8873 or email us at info@globalsnturf.com if you have any further questions or would like to send us with your application size/pictures so we can further assist you, thank you.

We are not experts on real grass, however, in my personal opinion, to grow and maintain real grass putting greens at a regular residential house can be difficult or impossible. That is why artificial putting greens make the world of sense and deliver almost the same functionality and performance. The general rule is to have your pavers or concrete done first, leaving striping areas for your artificial grass open to be done afterward. Once your pavers or concrete works have been completed, you are ready to prepare and install the artificial grass stripes. It won’t hurt to leave your sprinklers in when it comes to artificial grass installations, your installer will need to cut the turf to make sure the sprinkler heads are properly sticking out and fully functional. By leaving the sprinklers in place, you can turn them on as you wish if you feel like to wash cleaning your artificial grass. However, reality is that you might never need to do so. If you are living in a normal weathered area, you might never really need sprinklers to help washing your turf, given the fact of normal rains will help “cleaning” the turf for you, we have many customers with turf installed for many years without having sprinklers to clean them. So it is really not a concern one way or another as far as the sprinklers go when it comes to artificial grass installations. No, moss won’t grow on artificial grass. Turf is made of polyethylene and polypropylene which is plastic, such product won’t provide the inhabitants for moss to grow. You will need to make sure to keep your artificial turf clean of dirts or debris of which moss might find home for. We have never had any complains about moss issues on artificial grass, nor have we experienced any such problems. It is always recommended to use lawn pads under the turf for playground applications, especially for commercial playgrounds which require certain fall ratings. We carry different types of lawn pads which meets different fall ratings, for a 5’ fall, you will need to use 1-1/4” thick lawn pad, for an 8’ fall rating, 2-1/4” lawn pads will be needed. Any thinner thickness of either shock pads or lawn pads will not be sufficient to provide any fall ratings but only to provide cushioning. For residential applications, there is normally no specific fall rating requirements, and homeowners can go with or without lawn pad underpayments depending on the budgets. Other than lawn pads, all other accessories needed for a playground application will be the same as any other artificial grass installations. Artificial grass can take thousands of pounds of dead load weight, we have have had complains of our turf won’t take weight well. Just like carpet, you can put a lot of weight on it, with expectations of after placing weight on it for a long time, the fibers of the area will be flattened down and might look different than the rest of the turf. With our artificial grass, you should never have “bald” or brown spots issues as you would with natural grass! We design and make our products to have excellent binding strength with very durable fibers. As matter of fact, we have such testing information published on our website under each product, you can visit this link: https://www.globalsynturf.com/artificial-grass-specifications-specs. You won’t need to replace your T cool infill on a regular basis at all. If you have your artificial grass installed in a situation that it will be easily washed or slipped away, you might need to add some, but you never will need to “replace” it. For most flat installations with regular traffic, you might never need to add more during the whole life time of your turf. Such practice not only apply to T Cool infills, but also to all other type of infills, all to be case by case.
