I want to thank Global Syn Turf for referring me to their artificial turf dealer here in Dallas, Texas. This dealer installed the most beautiful and great rolling putting green I could have ever dreamed of. I purchased the Pro Putt 44 and the trainers turf for the fringe and installed 5 putting green cups, holes and flags. I was so impressed with the sales person/designer they sent to my house. He gave me so many tips and ideas and helped me come up with the most amazing layout for my backyard. We designed my putting green after the most famous golf course here in Dallas 18th hole. Literally my putting green looks like the 18th hole of the most famous golf course I play with my buddies. Now I can have my buddies come over and see my putting green that looks like and has the same undulations as our favorite home course. The install team did the best job. They really took their time and made every detail come to fruition. They even had the putting green flags silk screened to show the logo of my home course. They even installed white artificial turf in the shape of a circle that mimics a Sand Trap. If I could upload pictures of my putting green, fringe and grass white sand bunker I would. I want to give all the companies involved 5 stars for all the great work everyone did.

I own a bar in Dallas Texas and we serve a lot of pizza and beer. We have a large outdoor seating and we want to make it more attractive for people to eat during Covid 19. I found Global Syn Turf online and saw a turf they have called Trainers Turf that looked shorter and thicker. The lady on the phone at Global Syn Turf told me this turf was 93 ounces per square yard and was 1.25" tall. She told me this turf was designed for athletes training like in a gym so it was very durable. I need something durable because there is going to be lots of foot traffic. One of my other concerns is cleaning and maintaining the artificial turf from food falling on the turf and beer spilling on the turf. The lady named Karen at Global Syn Turf told me the turf can be hosed, cleaned with soap and a brush, a blower, a rake, etc. I need to be able to move the dining tables out, spray some soap and hose this stuff off. I had some samples sent to me and agreed the trainers turf would be the best for my application. Global Syn Turf referred me to three dealers here in Dallas and they all gave me a bid to glue the turf down to the existing concrete. I ended up going with the local distributor that stocks the artificial turf and could install it the quickest. Now the turf is installed my customers love it. Thanks to Global Syn Turf and their team.

I am one of those Do It Yourself kind of guys who likes to work on things and I like saving money. I have been considering artificial turf for my backyard for a couple of years now. I have been doing a lot of research online reading articles and watching videos on how to install artificial turf. It looks like a lot of work but I think between my and my gardeners we can get the job done. I write this review to thank Global Syn Turf and their local dealer here in Waco for helping me through this project. The Global Syn Turf website has a lot of great information on how to install synthetic turf the right way. I read so many different articles on how to install the artificial turf that seemed to give instructions that were taking short cuts. I wanted to install the artificial turf but I wanted to do it the right way. I ended up buying the artificial turf through the local Global Syn Turf dealer in my town. When they delivered the turf the driver got out and helped me carry the artificial turf to the backyard. When we were in the backyard the driver gave lots of helpful tips on how to be efficient and get the job done with as little effort as possible. One of the ides he gave me was taking down a fence so we can move the tear out and base to the work area instead of going all the way around the house. That ended up being a million dollar tip. That saved me and my gardeners so much effort instead of wheel barreling everything all the way around the house. He also gave me some tips about seaming, gluing and nailing the seams. My gardeners and I tore out the yard 4" deep and moved all the tear out to the dump. We brought in 4 inches of crushed rock aggregate, graded it out, wetted it and and compacted it with a compactor plate we rented from the local artificial turf dealer. We laid all the turf out in the same direction, seamed it, infilled it with 2 pounds of infill per square foot. Now the yard is installed and it looks amazing. I expect I saved myself around $3,000 for doing the installation myself. Thanks again for the education and the assistance in letting my install my own artificial turf.

I was looking for an artificial turf company to install artificial turf in an apartment complex I manage here in Houston, TX. I called so many companies to get a quote for artificial turf and had the worst experience of my life. So many of the companies did not answer their phone and if they did were not trust worthy legitimate companies. I finally called Global Syn Turf and they were very informative. They informed me they were a manufacturer and had many dealers and distributes across the country that I could call to get a quote for the installation of artificial turf. They gave me a list of names and numbers I called and got several different bids for the installation artificial turf at the apartment complex. I ended up going with the lowest bid for the S Blade 90. The installation took almost 2 weeks but was well worth the wait. The turf is savings us so much money on water and maintenance. This is the greatest long term investment we have made for the apartment building. As we found out the artificial turf is LEAD certified and gives us LEAD credits toward our building. In the past decade, the use of "new generation" artificial turf is becoming fairly common through the USA. Synthetic grass applications are receiving extremely popular in western states including Arizona, California and Nevada. Such states are areas where outdoor water use is low or limited care is wanted. Common uses include residential lawns, veterinary clinics, animal shelters, golf practice ranges, school yards, and low water use landscapes.
The marketplace of residential yards has been growing at the average yearly speed of thirty five percent even during the economy declines. As marketplace grows, costs are coming down drastically which in turn to fuel additional market increase! Alvin Balahadia used to benefit an artificial grass installation firm in San Jose, California, he recalls the way the selling of synthetic grass for residential lawn applications fifteen years ago: You walked in a house as a salesman, the first question to the homeowners was: "Do you understand the artificial grass is a high-end thing, only the top ten percent of the family can afford it?" This might sound authentic although humiliating. Such price range is still much higher than natural grass. If you can get your investment back within first five years by saving cash on care and water, then you enjoy the beautiful lawn for the next 10 years without any water bills and the hassles and trimming, will you do it? The understand I will." Said Alvin Balahadia :"it's a superb investment in your house as houses with synthetic grass lawns are considered with upgraded premium options in San Francisco Bay Area and other dry states like Arizona and Nevada."
On average, a home in San Francisco Bay Area can save between $600.00 and $1,200.00 per year on water bill along if they get rid of the natural grass lawns.

Such foundation surface should be as level as possible with a minimal grade for drainage that is optimal. Backyard putting greens are fantastic way of bringing together friends and family to enjoy the outdoors. When you have people over, there is constantly something to do," says Richard Stoltz of New Mexico Synthetic Turf in Albuquerque, NM. I the past, individuals have been attempting to install real grass putting greens turned out that no matter how hard you try, it is just not possible to maintain it! Artificial turf also has an even surface that's ideal for putting. Synthetic greens are almost maintenance free. They're competent to resist temperatures that are hot or cold, as well as wet conditions, and are just about constantly prepared for play.
A backyard putting green has this kind of great social component to it that you'll use it a lot more if it's close to other amusing spaces or patios. An one that is flat -hole putting green gets boring quick. However, if you make it challenging, family and friends will enjoy the putting green for many years to come. Using a few undulations, knolls, a sand pit, and about three holes will help to make sure it stays playable and interesting. With the pressures of school, work, and other activities family members don't get home until after dark. Incorporate low voltage landscape lighting to expand the number of hours each day that individuals can use it, in a nice mood.

Artificial turf is the best option for a sustainable, low maintenance alternative to organic, natural grass. Durable and long-lasting along with low care has made synthetic grass the top option for playgrounds.
In New York, many or even all of the schoolyards to be converted to playgrounds are expected to use artificial turf. Since 1997, the NYC Department of Parks continues to be installing artificial turf widely throughout the parks system. As of 2007, 118 artificial turf installments were completed and an added 91 under building! New York City directs all other municipalities in the nation in the use of artificial turf.
Synthetic grass' benefits proceed beyond beauty and the functionality of the surface. "Going green" is becoming a crucial focus in many businesses, and some synthetic turf companies are offering environmentally-friendly products to address these needs. By utilizing recycled and sustainable parts, some synthetic grass products are up green by weight. As a consequence of these attributes that are eco friendly, utilizing the synthetic grass products that are more advanced can help a landscape architect earn LEED credits.
Global Syn-Turf is an exclusive artificial grass partner of San Francisco 49ers.
Artificial grass gained considerable attention in the 1960s, when it was used in the recently built Astrodome in Houston, Texas. Nevertheless, the first generation was simply a green plastic variant of carpet, quite man-made! During the previous five decades, the artificial grass sport fields market has been growing rapidly and steadily, now, over 90 percent of NFL fields are artificial. Artificial turf can withstand more use and can therefore be used much more often. This allows sports ground owners to create more income from their facilities. The upkeep price is just 1/5 of that of actual grass.
Since the early 1990s, the application of synthetic grass in the more arid Western states of the United States has proceeded quickly to commercial and residential landscaping. The dramatic advancement in the quality and assortment of accessible synthetic grasses, the decreased cost of care and upkeep has driven this trend compared to natural grass.

Most synthetic turf products require infills which to be installed onto the grass between blades to help the blades of grass stand up and also hold the turf down. In addition, it protects the grass backing from ultraviolet rays that could cause damage and void guarantees. Some artificial grass infill options are ZeoFill, Green sand, Copper slag, Silica Sand and Rubber. Among all, ZeoFill is the choice for synthetic turf infill for playgrounds and pet owners. Dog owners with artificial grass lawns have been struggled with urine smells for years.. Many individuals want to water down their turf one time a week to get rid of the smell but never worked correctly because water from a hose does not have enough force to shove bacteria deep into the earth. ZeoFill is made out of a natural resource from the earth that is a negatively charged honey combed molecular structure that prevents the ammonia from forming a gas to become smelly and absorbs the urine. ZeoFill pulls any gases towards itself and hold it until sodium ion (Na ) in rain water releases the magnetivity and the force of heavy rainfall will flush out the bacteria, compelling it through the turf into the earth making your turf virtually new again. The sodium forces the calcium ions out and recharges the ZeoFill when dry. Nevertheless, ZeoFill will not remove bacteria that are poor. To remove poor bacteria, Global Syn-Turf, Inc. recommends nits very own Synthetic Grass Pet Odor Neutralizer, this enzyme products will not just neutralize the pet odor, but also remove poor bacteria and clean the turf, using this along with Zeofill will realize the best possible results on pet's odor control!
The ZeoFill granule will hold the ammonia water until it is cleaned out the ZeoFill with the enzyme solution or significant rainwater flushes. The ZeoFill granules will be trapped inside the turf system and contains a 5 year warranty on deterioration.
Grass lawns' notion being installed at a house' front and back yards originated from England where the weather is quite accommodating to grow and preserve natural grass. Here in particular states that are dry, such thought only won't fly! In cities located in desert regions for example Las Vegas, Nevada, Arizona and Phoenix, natural grass that is growing is extremely difficult. People are tired of plain and boring cement or rockery appearance and lots of desert scape notions will not meet most homeowners' desire for "green". Artificial grass supplies a perfect alternative in such situations. As an industry, artificial grass is not too new, it has existed for more than five decades. However, to the public, synthetic grass looks quite new. "What? Unreal grass? Seriously? Imitation? Don't scorn. Synthetic turf is moving beyond football fields and golf courses to be common in home landscapes. When Steve Wallace of Santa Monica, California went for synthetic lawn, he decided for long blades and a dark green color a look he couldnt achieve with his lawn before, which on hot summer days (one hundred degrees or more) turned to dust, and on rainy days turned into a mud pit. Tired of re-sodding two times a year not to mention the endless watering and mowing the 43-year-old homeowner was extremely happy to plunk down $5,000 to see installers peel away his old lawn. Now, he says, two little kids and his two dogs can romp and roll around without enduring the plastic rug burn of yore, or tearing up the turf. And maybe best of all is how grassy it looks.
"People have to go up close to it, he says, before they say, Wow, this isnt real.
Makers credit the new "you coulda fooled me" look to the marvels of science. Global Syn-Turf's Maronic, for one, tends to lapse into sports car speak when describing the "blend of aesthetics and functionality" offered by the firm's latest creation, a compact grass it calls Double W series, which contains such space age-seeming attributes as "Double W shaped blades" and "No-shine technology." The initial price on synthetic turf is higher than natural grass, but given the fact of most of synthetic grass will last at least from eight to ten years, such investment nonetheless makes sense for most homeowners, particularly those live in "desert cities".
