Grand Opening of Artificial Grass Distribution Center in Kent, Washington

Kent, Washington, March 22, 2017 -- Global Syn-Turf new location conveniently located off I-5 and I-167, 17 miles outside of Seattle, Washington is fully functional now.

When planning the warehouse space, Global Syn-Turf's team was keen to create a flexible environment that makes shipping and local pickup easy and expedient. The aim of opening a new location is to help regional partners to speed up delivery times, reduce shipping costs, and allow the local pickup to avoid shipping charges.

"The market is growing," - said Global Syn-Turf's Sales and Marketing Manager Rachel Brady. "While the drought conditions have eased in California this year, the Northwest climate change concern threatening the supply of water resources is still in effect. As public awareness rises, regional colleges, schools, businesses, and homeowners continue researching a market of water-efficient products that support the environment and can save a lot of money down the road. Global Syn-Turf continues to evolve to meet the needs of our current and potential clients. Our expansion into the Northwest region highlights the growth, popularity, and diversification we are experiences throughout our entire West operation."

The consequences of climate change in the Northwest United States include implications of changes in temperature and precipitation, effects on diverse shorelines, forests ecosystems, agriculture, cultural impacts, and responses, and human health. The Northwest climate, ecology, and socioeconomy largely depend on water and other natural resources. It is the key region for 40% of all U.S. hydropower production. Increasing air temperatures and changes in precipitation are projected to heavily impact hydrology and water resources. As the demand for water increases, water management agencies continue to provide funding for water conservation and energy efficiency projects. Artificial grass as an alternative landscaping solution that helps to save water and reduce water contamination levels is the next logical step in regional drought contingency plans' development and updates.

"The Kent synthetic turf distribution center is now available to regional clients giving them the ability to get synthetic turf products and installation tools and accessories in this rapidly expanding region. Companies are looking to leverage their value, move quickly and stay light on their feet while providing professional services to their customers which is exactly what we offer by providing a local warehouse location. Our team has solid relationships with businesses and contractors in the North West, including Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon. We understand the needs and expectations of our customers and excited to help with the complexities of regional expansion," - said Sales and Marketing Manager, Rachel Brady.

The Grand Opening for Kent Global Syn-Turf Distribution Center is scheduled for March 21, 2017. The warehouse is located at 6531 S. 219th St Blvd D. Kent, WA 98032.
