Is it possible that artificial grass will be temporary or can be removed?

Yes, artificial grass can be removed after installation. Depends on what kind of surfaces you are installing the artificial turf on, if it is a temporary installation, you won't need to build sub base, nor should you use any glues or infills. You can treat the turf as an area rug, which can be laid down and double sided tape them, and remove and pack them up after usage, and you can always resume them as well.
