The answer is "NO", even though artificial grass can take great pressures, but the twisting motion and rolling will definitely cause damage to the turf.

Driving on artificial grass is never recommend. However it will be fine if you use artificial turf in between pavers, in such cases, the tires motions are more on the pavers than directly to the turf.
You never want to drive on artificial grass.
I won't drive on mine for sure.
Not a good idea to drive on any plastic surface, the artificial turf is essentially plastic.
I have it in my back yard, no worries on driving on it.
The twisting motion of tires will damage the artificial lawn.
I have seen turf being ruined by tires: don't drive on it!
That's a shame. You should be able to install synthetic turf just to drive on it. Day after day...
Never thought a good idea to drive on turf.
Well explained.

No brainer.
