I want to thank Global Syn Turf for rushing and Order of the t-cool infill to my job site in Boston Massachusetts. I had ordered the turtle from them sometime ago and the lady finally called me up and said she wanted the job installed ASAP before she had a party the following weekend. She also changed her mind and said now she wants the t-cool in feel so I called Global Syn Turf and spoke with Carla over the phone. She was very kind and accommodating understanding my sense of urgency that the order needed to be placed today and put on a truck that afternoon. She rushed the order through and send it to the Jacksonville Florida Warehouse where they loaded it on a truck that day and a couple of days later the t-cool and Phil arrived. I ended up getting the job installed in time and the lady my customer was very very happy. She said the party went off with a great success and everyone loved the turf. She handed out my business card to several different people and one of them already called and wanted an estimate for their yard. It's very important to have a a manufacturer like Global Syn Turf in your corner to help you when you need to get quality product on time. There's nothing worse than not being able to have product to install when that is your livelihood.  I am a developer and I was working on a deal to install a soccer field on an infield Park in New York City. I had a very difficult time finding a contractor and a turf company to help me complete this project. I called dozens and dozens of Manufacturers and installers trying to find someone with the skill set and the experience to help me complete a mini soccer field in the city of New York. I finally got a referral from another contractor who told me to call Global Center. I got a hold of the vice president Shannon back and she educated me on what I needed to do and look for to complete this project. In doing so he sent me a lot of pictures of small mini soccer field that his customers have done in the past. He worked up a quote for me of all the turf, pad, infill, scene fabric, glue in shipping just send everything right to the project in New York City. He also referred me three installers in the New York metropolitan area that had the skill sets to and God on Jerry schedule to complete this project. The turf showed up on time and so did Jerry and so did the install and I am very happy to have met this new team of mine. The city of New York and all the kids love their new field and I think I have found a new niche in my construction complete the project. I called all three and the guy that stood out the most was named Jerry and I met with Jerry on the project to take a look and get his thoughts. A few days later Jerry emailed me his labor quote and I already had the materials quote from Global Center. I presented the offer to the city of New York and they accept it. I had two months to complete this project and I let Jerry and Global Syn-Turf know what time frames we were under. I place the order with Global Syn Turf and got on Jerry schedule and the turf showed up on time and so did Jerry and installation went right as planned. The city of New York is very happy with their new field and I think I may have found a new niche in my construction business thank you Global Syn-Turf, Shannon and Jerry for your help with this project. 

Global Syn Turf helped me track one of my orders, I'm going to Lansing Michigan took a long time to get there from the shipping company. It was not Global Syn Turf fault but it was a shipping companies fault for being so delayed. I need to get this job in the ground very quickly and I couldn't wait any longer so the transportation lady at Global Syn turf allow me to go to the distribution center of the shipping company and pick it up myself so I could get the job installed on time. I was totally okay with that because I was under a lot of pressure from the customer who needed disturb installed before a big party because the rain was coming. I want to thank Sandy for helping me get this order out of that warehouse so I could get it installed in time. I will always be loyal to Global Syn Turf as they have always come through for me. 

 I want to send Global Syn Turf for referring us a great artificial turf installer in our area. Installer Frank and Son were a very great group and very professional and is the most precise artificial turf installation. Global Syn Turf does not sell direct to the public do they do installation that's why they referred as the Frank. Now we have a new artificial turf backyard that our children love to play in. Now we're going to buy a new dog for our daughters to surprise them now that we have artificial turf.  We love our new backyard and recommend everyone considered artificial turf for their Landscaping needs. 

 I have been looking for a artificial turf installers in the St. Louis area for a while now. Call the couple of companies that said they did artificial turf online that the ended up being some remote herb company that wasn't even in St. Louis. And a handful of the companies didn't even return my call. It sure is hard to find a reliable contractor in today's market. I have never seen construction and the installation of home and backyard Remodel and so busy and so expensive. Well one company finally did call me back Global Syn Turf. As it turned out so he left us some samples and we thought about it for a couple of weeks and we had no other contractor to compare the two so we just went with it. Frank and install the grass about two weeks later and it took them about four days to complete. Now me my wires my kids dog's my neighbor's my family we all love the artificial turf. I have a feeling I'm going to be giving Frank and his company a lot of referrals. I have a lot of people that pull up in front of my house and asked us where we got the artificial turf. I've worked with many turf suppliers in the past and I can tell you it's not about how much "better" one supplier is than another, it's how much headache they can save you from. When I ask myself if I like GST as a turf supplier, I instantly think back to the last 3 months and how there have been little to no issues, which is rare for us. This is one of the leading indicators for us personally but I suggest trying them out yourself. They offer great grass products after all, so there's not much to lose.

Global Syn Turf did an amazing thing for me and I wanted to let everyone know how special this gesture was. I'm installing artificial turf in New York with a major test. Right amount Turf has not shipped to me ontime, Global Syn Turf rep himself flew to Atlanta Georgia and rented a van and picked up the turf himself and drove it all the way to New York Friday night so I can complete this install by The Weekend. Let me just reiterate and above and beyond the sales rep in this company went to fix problem and meet a deadline. They also paid $1,500 to FedEx overnight the glue for this project because the original order with shorts. what companies would not have gone this far to get this right. I just hope and pray that your picture on time and I get the job install for my customer and everything will be peace and happiness after that Dave and Global Syn Turf for making this happen for me. 

 I just bought some artificial turf from a landscape supply store here in Nashville Tennessee. The landscape supply store which I will not name is a dealer and distributor for Global Syn Turf under a private label brand. I asked the dealer for a copy of the warranty and the warranty said Global Syn Turf.  So I looked them up online and found out more information about this company they seem to be a pretty reputable manufacturer of artificial turf and when it comes to the warranty it's always good to know who the manufacturer is. You don't want some 2nd or 3rd party holding the warranty for artificial turf it was made by someone else if you get what I'm saying. The manufacturer themselves and that day will be the one to honor the warranty. we ended up going with the s-blade 90 artificial turf and the accessories what years was the wonderful and the six and galvanized nails. After a lot of consultation with the landscape supply store dealer here in town we settled on these products. Landscape Supply dealer here in town offered to come out and give us a quote for installation but I told them I was doing it myself. They were very helpful and given me lots of different tips and hints on installing artificial turf and did not put any pressure on Main 2 have them do the installation. With the theme and other facets of the installation it most likely will not be worth your while and not turn out the same way. I want to send Global Syn Turf for having the dealer here in my town and making such wonderful artificial grass. 

 Global Syn turf is a manufacturer of artificial turf and features over 50 different skus of import and American-made Turf. They also make artificial Ivy and they feature six different skus. The ivy was very interesting to me as a privacy panel to go on the chain link fence in my backyard to help with privacy. I had some samples sent to my house and they emailed me some instructions on how to install the artificial Ivy. It was easier than I thought and that all you do is zip tie the artificial turf to the chain link fence. I really like the Hawthorn Hedge as it reminded me of a dichondra ground cover. I also thought the color look more realistic as well. I went to go buy some of the artificial Ivy for my chain link fence and Global Syn Turf told me they did not sell direct they only sold through distribution. So they referred me to a dealer in my area which I contacted and placed the order that day right over the phone. But ivy showed up on my front doorstep four days later and that we can I install the artificial ivy on my chain link fence. I want to thank Global Syn Ivy and recommend them to anyone looking for artificial Ivy. They will send you free samples and I recommend you take a look at it and look at the application pictures on their website. 

Global Syn Turf has the most dealer Network in the country. I live in a very remote part of New York and I was looking for an artificial turf installer in my area. A landscape architect ad referred me to Global Syn Turf mentioning that they had a lot of dealers throughout the country.
