I live in California and have lived here in the city all my life.  I see artificial turf installed throughout this city.  So much so that I have become curious about it.  The first time I walked on it and felt it I could not believe how nice it felt and how natural it was to walk on.  I was seriously blown away and could not believe it.  If you figure this plus no watering, no maintenance, no moving and being able to walk on in rain or shine you have to seriously thought I should explore it more.  That is when I started doing my work and researching the product more and more.  I searched a lot of companies, called a lot of companies and had samples sent to me from different companies.  I really liked the turf sent to me from Global Syn-Turf.  They had such a great variety of artificial turfs they have one for every look you would want.  I narrowed it down to a few different turfs with the All Natural 75 being my favorite.  I put the turf in my backyard here in the city for 4 weeks to see what they look like in the sun and to decide on my favorite turf.  I actually changed my mind and went with the S Blade 90.  I called Global Syn-Turf to order they artificial turf and they told me they sell the artificial grass through their network.  I called the two dealers here in my area and got quotes.  I ordered the turf and had it delivered to my house and it arrived in 1 days.  The artificial turf distributor also referred me an installer that gave me a reasonable quote to install this turf in my backyard.  I now have the turf installed for 4 weeks now and I can begin to tell your customers how great this stuff is.  I want to thank Global Syn-Turf for the amazing turf and dealer network.

 Global Syn Tur as one of the best artificial turf Pat Turf on the market today. This is the only pet Turf that I have seen that has over a hundred and twenty in per hour of drainage. This Turf has three times the amount of holes punched in the backing for drainage to let water and pet urine through. I had a sample of this Turf sent to my home and tested it with a hose running on top to see what the drainage look like. I also read a lot of reviews for this artificial turf only to discover that customers were happy with it in the end. Most of the customer gave some great tips on how to maintain the artificial turf and the older. I had the local artificial turf dealer distributor in my area install the pet Turf on the side of my house for my two Labrador Retrievers. The turf is held up wonderfully and I would recommend it again to anyone who wanted artificial turf for their pets. Global Syn Turf is one of the better artificial turf companies I have worked with. they have one of the best warranty and Claims Department Industry today. They back there Turf with a manufacturer's 15-year of product warranty against any and all that. I had some artificial grass installed about a year ago and it ended up being defective. I reached out to the local dealer distributor in my area that sold me the turf and they referred me to the claims department for Global Syn turf. They responded to me right away and asked me to send pictures and proof of purchase. Which I did. they got back to me within 24 hours and told me that the pictures look like there was a defect in the artificial turf and asked if I wanted my money back or if I wanted a new piece of turf sent to me. I elected to have another piece of turf sent to me at no cost delivered right to my front driveway. My local installer was kind enough to reinstall the artificial turf for us and I have to say the yard looks fantastic. I want to thank Global Sn Turf for their hard work and professionalism.

Global Syn Turf really helped me out of a jam when I needed some help with artificial turf for a multi-purpose field for my kids’ school. I am a booster for my kids’ school and I helped raise money for different projects around the school. One of the projects we are working on is a multi-purpose field for the kids to practice football soccer and other miscellaneous offense like band practice. We search high and low for artificial turf companies that had 80,000 square feet of artificial turf in the same dialogue and we were heard to Global Syn turf who interned help us out with the project. one of the other members on our booster club knew someone at Global Center who interned helped us plan this project. Not only did they help us plan the project they happen to have 80 thousand square feet of curb in the same guy lot for the field we were wanting to install. The installer was very professional and got the project done right on time. 

There are a lot of turf suppliers nowadays that excel in one way or another, whether it's pricing, selection, customer service, etc. GST is a great balance of all of those things and on top of that, they have the largest selection by far. We are a relatively big landscaping company and so we get 10+ jobs a day for turf. We needed a supplier that could keep up with our customer's demands so that we could remain consistent ourselves as well.

GST's turf is super easy to install and the ordering process is simple. All the different grasses seem to have the same installation process and none of them are difficult to install. We are relatively new to the turf market but one thing we can definitely appreciate is the big selection that GST offers. It's always good to have more vs less to choose from.

In Orange County, there are tons of turf suppliers to choose from. The thing that makes GST different for me is their excellent customer service. I've been working with them for the past year and their team is nothing short of amazing. They are always friendly when I call in my orders and whenever issues occur, the claims department takes care of my needs the same day. Many other suppliers don't seem to care about their customers in the same manner that GST does and that's what I made my decision off of.
