I was hesitant to switch suppliers at first for my irrigation company but luckily they offered me samples. My customers all gave very positive feedback when they received the samples and I decided to give GST a try. The thing that separates them from the rest of the industry is their incredible selection to choose from and their nationwide coverage. My company is relatively small so I needed someone who could scale with me throughout the years. I am glad to have grown alongside GST these past few years and I know we will continue to grow together.

I'm fairly new to the landscaping industry, but adding artificial grass as one of my products was one the best choices I've made. My company has grown three fold but I attribute much of my success to GST. They helped me when I first started my company and lead me through the ups and downs by being an amazing supplier. I've tried a few other suppliers to experiment, but I noticed that a lot of them try to penny pinch you and don't really care how your company is doing. I think it's important for a partnership with a supplier to go beyond just the money, and I'm glad I have that with GST. Thanks!

Partnering with GST was what turned my business around a few years ago. Our sales were doing poorly and we had trouble finding a consistent supplier. Most of the turf suppliers we tried before always had issues, whether it was running out of stock or shipping troubles. GST showed us that great suppliers do exist and we are very appreciative or our partnership. Not to mention, the price point is very competitive with the other suppliers, but what truly separates these guys from the rest is their consistency and commitment to the customer. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great supplier!

I usually don't do reviews but GST definitely deserves a five star from me. My driver was a bit late picking up some rolls of turf last week and the warehouse had already closed operations. However, the manager still loaded us up even though he technically didn't have to and could've left. I am extremely appreciative of this gesture and I can vouch that their customer service is the best! Their turf is good quality, and their prices are very cheap as well. I never have any issues with them as a supplier and I can tell they really care about their customers. 5 star review for 5 star service!

I've been in the turf industry for over a decade now and I've been with many different manufacturers. I could never seem to find one that checked all my boxes the way that you guys did. Not saying that GST is PERFECT, but they're the best out there for sure. Since I started my landscaping company, turf has gotten a lot more popular especially in California where I am located. People are finally realizing that it is a good investment that saves them both time and money in the long run. Haven't had any major issues with these guys. One thing I recommend for you guys to do holiday special discounts or something of the sort for your frequent partners.

My residential landscaping company has been partnered with GST distributors for the past year. Since step 1, the sales reps have guided us through the process. As a supplier, they one thing that I really like about these guys is that they always have what I need in stock. I purchase from a few other suppliers as well and it is frustrating when a customer orders a specific kind of turf and the supplier doesn't have it in stock. I can 100% vouch that these guys ALWAYS have EVERY kind of turf in stock, it is truly incredible. On top of that, the pricing is competitive. I have moved a majority of business to a regional distributor and I my own company is now much more consistent as well. Cheers.

Going into business together has been something my brother and I have wanted to do for a long time. We both went to school for different things but what we had in common was our love for doing outdoor work. We started off doing landscaping, and it was great at first, but we quickly realized that it required way more manpower and know-how than what we were ready for. We didn't want to give up on working together, but we wanted to do something that was outdoor-related by not too complicated (and more profitable to be honest). That's when we shifted to artificial grass installation. The business side of it was very straight forward, and the labor aspect was very much enjoyable for me and brother, and right in our comfort zone of what we could do. GST is a great partner for providing all the supply and materials, the customer service team is very friendly and reliable. We're so glad we stumbled upon a company who continually supports and help us grow our sales and installation business.

I grew up running around and playing in the front yard of my parent's house. I had a lot of fun and made a lot of great memories there as a kid. Now that I have my own home and my own children, it has always been a dream of mine to have my kids enjoy our front lawn just as much as I did growing up. Problem is, I had no idea how much effort it took in keeping natural grass clean and safe for kids! My husband and I don't always have time to cut the grass, treat it, pull out the weeds, water it, etc. And then I noticed our next-door neighbors lawn, which always seemed to have perfectly maintained grass, and I had no idea why. Turns out, he had artificial grass installed years ago and has never looked back. We didn't even notice it wasn't real grass! We were definitely skeptical at first, not knowing how much it would cost and how long it would take, but after talking to the reps from Global Syn-Turf, my husband and I felt it was the right decision. Synthetic turf really saved us a lot of stress and money actually, and we haven't looked back since. My kids can finally enjoy the front lawn just like I did. 

I am the principal of an elementary school and recently we installed turf from GST next to our playground. The customer service was decent, they helped me pick a kid friendly turf. My main concern was for the safety of the kids, but luckily Bill recommended me their softest turf. Although the installation did take a few days, the kids seem to be enjoying it. Switching out gravel for turf was a good idea because now we don't have to worry about the kids falling and getting hurt. Overall pleased with the product for now, hopefully it holds up.

It's been over a year since Clint installed our new synthetic lawn in the backyard and it looks great! The color and style look so much better than most others I've seen in a city. Big deal in LA: the water bill goes down tremendously! 

Global Syn-Turf is experts in installation, they knocked it out of the park for us. From start to finish the entire process was seamless. They design and quote were very detailed. We couldn't believe how fast they worked, and they worked their butts off. Our son's birthday was coming up in a week, and there was such a little time window, and we asked for two areas to install - our front and backyard, it was amazing that they finished in time! We are excited to work with this company and highly recommend to call them up if you are looking to upgrade your lawn.

The crew came to our house and did a great job. They are fast and reliable. Highly recommend.

We had GST install turf in our backyard.  Our yard is shaded, and it's impossible to grow natural grass back there.  David is the expert; he was paying attention to the smallest details.  Its been maintenance free for almost 3+ years now.  Turf great for kids -- strong and sturdy, and gives them a place to play or practice sports rain or shine.  I'd highly recommend Global Syn-Turf company, and specifically David.
