In reality, we don't come across dog smell issues as often. Our artificial grass drains so well, and if installations were done properly, the dog smell situations can be minimized early. Here are some suggestions I have to prevent, minimize and get rid of dog smells:

1. At the installation, use Zeolite as artificial turf infill, some people even go extra miles by putting a layer of Zeolite underneath the turf. Zeofill serves as an agent to neutralize urine odors, you can find the details regarding this product here: https://www.globalsynturf.com/products/zeofill-organic-infill

2. Use a hose garden attached bottle filled with vinegar and spray down the smelly areas, or

3. Use our Pet Odor Neutralizer to attach onto a garden hose to spray down the smelly areas, this product will not only get rid the dog smell, but also provide a fresh cut lawn scent. Here is the link: https://www.globalsynturf.com/products/pet-odor-neutralizer

Another option that's worked for me is working with a local cleaning service that specializes in turf and has knowledge of how it is installed and maintained.
I've used the products mentioned here and they worked wonders on my turf.
Does your product come with sample infill as well?

In my experience, what I've found is that smells are at their worst in hot weather and after rain. I'm based in Phoenix, Arizona and can confirm turf gets really smelly in the heat, even with proper infill and consumer-grade deodorizers.

I'm not sure where exactly you're based, but as someone mentioned in the comments on Lee's answer, you can check to see if there is a professional company in your area that specializes in turf cleaning and specifically pet odor removal. There are companies like this popping up everywhere right now as demand is increasing. Be sure to make sure they have installation experience as they will know how to care for the turf without damaging it. The one that we use here in Phx, https://www.dirtyturf.com/ , has several years of installation experience, for example.

If this isn't an option for you, I second what Lee said:

  1. Zeofill - https://www.globalsynturf.com/products/zeofill-organic-infill
  2. A garden hose-end product - https://www.globalsynturf.com/products/pet-odor-neutralizer
  3. I'm putting vinegar at #3 because we haven't had luck with it when the smell is really bad
