If you are referring to a permanent installation, you will need to secure your artificial grass down with nails along the perimeters, such nails can be found on our website, here is the link: https://www.globalsynturf.com/hardware

Then you will need infills to help holding the artificial grass down, and you can find all different type of infill materials from this link: https://www.globalsynturf.com/artificial-grass-infills

If you are doing a small piece install or a temporary install on dirt or soil, you can still use nails. If your installation to be temporary and on a solid surface, I will recommend to use double sided tape or velcro. To further discuss your application, please fill out this form and we will get connected with you asap, thanks: https://www.globalsynturf.com/free-quote

galvanized round wire nails are ideal for holding down your artificial grass
I just used some paver sand to level out the surface.
My friend used velcro on his turf, it looks fine so far.
I used nails and glue to secure my turf!
GST just pretty much have all the products you need. Nice one!
