Global Syn Turf has some of the best customer service in the artificial turf industry as I know it today. Two different artificial turf companies to install several different houses over the years and I used a global Syn Turf product for my third house. It was unfortunate but there was a product defect and the artificial turf. I contacted my local dealer distributor and they referred me to the claims department for Global Center. They responded to my email immediately and ask for pictures and a description of the problem as well as my invoice. Based on the pictures they did say that there was a product warranty defect and said they would replace the artificial turf delivered to my house with no charge for shipping or give me my money back. Elect to get the artificial turf product replaced and delivered to my house at no charge. My installer was kind enough to reinstall the artificial turf at no cost and the job is been done for 4 weeks now with no problems. I want to thank Global Center for standing behind their product and being very responsive to a product warranty claim that I filed.
