Secure Turf on concrete without ruining concrete with turf glue?

How can I secure a single sheet of turf (no seams required) on a concrete patio without applying glue that will ultimately ruin/stain the concrete underneath?

If you are installing the artificial grass permanently on your patio, the best way to go is gluing it down. The drawback is that glues will leave residues and marks on your patio concrete when you remove the turf. If you are not looking for a permanent installation, I will recommend you to use heavy duty double sided carpet tape: the tape might work out ok if you have a small area, but again, I am not sure about how long these tapes will last.
